At the Lolland Centre you can typically conduct a personal retreat in one of two ways:
In an open retreat you remain in contact with the other guests at the centre. The advantage is that you can share your experiences and also gather inspiration between the various meditation sessions.
In a closed retreat you limit personal interaction to the helpers providing you with daily meals. This allows for a deeper meditation experience without outside disturbances.
In addition to these basic forms there exists many other possible combined ways of putting together an individual retreat.
